Club Paragon Chameleon Room Information

Ideal for daytime parties, showers, luncheons, awards, dinners, business meetings, NASCAR races, almost anything. Room can also be reserved as non-smoking.

The Chameleon Room is also available at a special rate for weekday business and social meetings. Please check with Jeff or A Party Specialist for special rates.

Party Room Features:

> The room holds 75 people
> Private room directly connected to the main bar with its own closable door!
> Table seating for 35-70 and bar seating for 12.
> The room boasts a HD Projector , an  85'' TV or computer image, two 27" TVs, and VCR/DVD combo deck.
> Projector screen and wireless internet available
> Private surround sound system to play:
            • our main bar music, 
            • your favorite radio station
            • or your favorite CD's on our multidisc CD player  ~  any choice at your desired volume.

• The room charge is $125.00, which includes room set-up and cleaning. You may come in early to decorate.
• The room charge also includes a full service bar and a private bartender with a minimum of 25 people.
• Room is available for $50 on Sat. and Sun. afternoons until five o'clock for showers. This fee, however, would not include a private bar or bartender. Please arrange a time with us.
• Beer pitchers will be offered at a discounted price of $5.25; $2.00 off the regular price! This way you can provide your guests with an option of two different brands. You can choose between Miller, Miller Lite, Bud Light, Coors Light or Pabst. Also, you won't pay for a full half barrel that you may not finish; you only pay for the beer you drink! Soda is also $5.25 a pitcher. We also offer $1.50 16oz domestic taps and $1.50 16oz sodas.
• Food cannot be brought in, (with the exception of a cake), but you can order from our catering menus which include various hot and cold hors d' oeuvres, deli platters, ala carte items and buffet options.  For smaller parties and rehearsal dinners, sit down and and limited entee menus are available.  We would like at least 1 week notice for food orders. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your food total or a major credit card number is required at the time of ordering. Any additions will be taken care of at time of service. These prices may be subject to some adjustments depending on the size of your group, table service or other special labor requirements, Sunday service and special holidays. Special considerations will be given when service date adjustments are required. 17% gratuity and 5.85% state, county, exposition tax and stadium tax will apply. A final guest count is recommended 7 days prior to the event.
• Since we are mainly a bar and not a full service restaurant, we follow rules that pertain to bars. All members of a party need to be 21, or with a parent or spouse. We do not have a cabaret license, so we cannot book parties that feature male or female exotic dancers.
